We went away for the weekend to Coffs Harbour. Hubby put up the tent (for one night) in the pouring rain-I sat in the car entertaining small person. It was soo funny.

Oh and he loved it………..and it rained the whole time at the farm…….

so now I’m drinking a whole lot of this……..

This has taken a little longer than planned to get on here yet they were finished really quickly. So happy with the result. Though now think I need to move them to another spot!!

I have left the finish not too perfect, however I can see from the photo that perhaps that edge could really do with another coat!!!

Here are a little set of Drawers my Sweet One brought home for me!! Desperately awaiting a good splash of paint. Some people actually thought I should leave them as they were - shock horror.

Now this is only one coat of paint thrown on during one of my Bub’s infamously short naps…so another coat is definitely required… I’ll get there;-)

Anyway, things are getting whiter slowly but surely - even Mr has commented what a change he can see - for the better.

Heading away up north this weekend, to see some special friends. Adventuring we go. Hope you all have a lovely weekend.

Where to start, I guess the idea is to choose a subject and to run with that. However, I never learnt essay writing at school, have never had to write for work or do reports. I have only ever written in my journals, inconsistently at that….

My reasoning for calling this ablancspace………gives me room to roam…

So here I am, without access to the internet on my computer where all my photo’s are so I have taken over my kind H’s work PC so I can explore this new adventure.

I have thought about all the things I want to write about and it has drawn me into the present moment of my life and what I do on a daily basis and focusing my attenion there more.. 

It was my birthday a couple of days ago, wow I am getting closer to 40 That really does make me a grown up ;-).

So what to do with this new found knowledge!!

Well just get on with it, keep learning, create more, stay humble, be big and courageous. Most of all be me. Ooh what fun…….. 

For now, I want to pot the new plants I was given for B’day-will upload photo when done. Paint the Old Ladder. Paint the Old School Cupboard. The TV Cabinet, even though we don’t watch TV. Then a Moon Painting for my Little One’s room. Pick up shelving for the spare room……and paint that….too many ideas to list

These little adventures will make it here as I go…
